eWASH supplies and launders linen for Airbnb and short-stay hosts across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, from its industrial laundry at Moorabbin. Short-stay turnover is uneven: a full weekend, a quiet Tuesday, then a run of one-night bookings. The linen side of that is planned around your properties and bedrooms rather than a fixed schedule, and collected and delivered on an agreed run. You can hire the linen from us, so stock and replacement are not your problem, or have us launder the sheets and towels you already own. It is the same service our hotel and accommodation customers use, sized to a portfolio of rentals.

Questions Airbnb hosts ask.

Do you clean the property as well?

No. eWASH is a laundry, not a cleaning service. We supply and launder the linen; your cleaner or co-host makes up the beds between guests.

Do you cover the Mornington Peninsula?

Yes. We collect and deliver across Greater Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, from our laundry at 2-4 Roper St, Moorabbin.

What linen can you supply?

Sheets, doona covers and pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, face washers, bath mats and bathrobes, washed, pressed and folded so they go straight onto the shelf.

Can we keep using our own linen?

Yes. Hire our linen and the stock and replacement sit with us, or keep your own and we launder it. Either way it is counted and returned on an agreed run.

How do we order more for a busy weekend?

Through the eWASH customer portal, where you can place orders, track deliveries and see reports. For anything urgent, call the team on (03) 7075 9600.

How do we get a price?

Pricing depends on your properties, bedrooms and how often guests turn over. On the quote form, choose Short stay / Airbnb.
