    Place orders, track deliveries and see reports in the eWASH client portal. For urgent requests, the team and the owner are a phone call away.

  3. Laundered and counted at Moorabbin

    Linen goes through our tunnel washing line and flatwork ironer, and every piece is tracked by RFID, so what was delivered and returned is on record.

  4. Collected and delivered

    On an agreed run across Greater Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, from our industrial laundry in Moorabbin.

Can we launder our own linen instead of hiring?

Yes. Hire our linen and the stock, replacement and laundering sit with us; buy your own and we launder it for you. Either way it is counted and returned on an agreed run.

How do we know what was delivered and returned?

Every piece of linen carries its own RFID code, read in and out, so the quantities moving between your property and our laundry are recorded rather than estimated.

What does linen hire cost?

It depends on the linen you use, your volumes and your collection schedule, so we quote for each property. The quote form asks for exactly those details.

When can we reach you?

Monday to Friday, 7am – 4.30pm. Outside those hours the phone line takes a message, and email reaches the same team.
