Quote enquiries
When you request a quote, we use the details you provide to assess your service needs and contact you. We store your enquiry in our restricted Google Workspace spreadsheet and send its full content to our sales team through our company Gmail account. Our team may reply to the email address you provide. Google may process information outside Australia; we do not guarantee Australian-only storage or processing. We normally retain enquiries for 12 months, then remove spreadsheet records and review our notification-email copies for deletion within 30 days. Google-managed recovery history and any applicable retention rules may keep recoverable copies longer. Contact us using the details on our Contact page to request access, correction or deletion. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and search terms lead to an enquiry. It sets first-party cookies in your browser and sends Google the pages you view, an approximate location, and basic device and browser details. Google Analytics does not store your IP address; it works out an approximate location from it and discards it. Nothing you type into our quote form is sent to Google — not your business name, your contact details, nor any answer you give. We record only that a submission happened, how far through the form you reached, and whether you used a phone or email link. We keep this data for 14 months.
